A Big Success: Olympic Expo Beijing 2008 (Olympex)

Olympic Expo Beijing 2008, managed and implemented by Haosi International Group, was held from August 8 to August 18, 2008 in Beijing Exhibition Center with great success.

On December 3, 2008, Beijing Olympic Expo Organizing Committee was set up by the cooperation parties, and Haosi International Group joined it formally and became the main unit for managing, operating and implementing the Expo. Haosi International Group organized a high-level international team for design and operation for Olympex 2008, and carried out strict high standards and international requirements from the aspects exhibits planning, plan and design of exhibition halls construction and implementation. The final exhibition design scheme was highly recognized by the leaders from China Post Group.

Olympic Expo Beijing 2008 – Olympex was jointly organized by the International Olympic Committee, the Beijing Organization Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad and China Post Group, and organized by China Post Group. Haosi International Group became one of the main members for management, operation and implementation.

On August 8, 2008, Olympex 2008 opened grandly in Beijing Exhibition Center. Mr. Jacques Rogge, president of International Olympic Committee, Mr. Juan Antonio Samaranch, honorary president of the International Olympic Committee, president of IOC Commission for Philately, Numismatic and Memorabilia, president of Coordination Committee of Olympic Expo Beijing 2008, Mr. He Zhenliang, president of the Culture and Education Commission of the International Olympic Committee, Mr. Urs Lacotte, director general of the International Olympic Committee, Mr. Liu Qi, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, president of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad, Mr. Cai Fuchao, standing committee member of the Beijing Municipal CPC Committee, minister of Propaganda, vice mayor of Beijing, Mr. Weng Mengyong, deputy secretary of the Party and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Transport, Mr. Feng Jianzhong, deputy director general of State Sport General Administration and vice general manager of the Chinese Olympic Committee, Mr. Li Shixiang, standing committee member of the Beijing Municipal CPC Committee and secretary–general of Beijing Municipal Commission, Mr. Jiang Xiaoyu, executive vice president of the Beijing Organization Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad, Mr. Liu Andong, general manager of China Post Group Corporation, and Mr. Ma Junsheng, director of State Post Office Bureau, etc. attended the opening ceremony and witnessed the great historical moment.
